Robyn Little’s Career Story “My passion is to affect positive change in the world by serving people and the communities they reside in.” Having a legal background, it seemed like a good fit when I came to work in First National Bank’s legal department in the fall of 2005. After a less than favorable audit in 2007, it was determined that First National Bank would need a full-time Privacy Manager to build, develop, conduct training & manage a privacy/information sharing program in alignment with the Gramm- Leach Bliley Act (Reg. P). I was selected for that role & my next professional challenge began. While in this position, I was able to take advantage of many of the community outreach & self-development opportunities that First National had to offer: First National’s Mentee – Mentor Program 2013 First National’s LeadershipFirst Program 2007 – 2014 – First National’s Business Leadership Team, various professional off-sites & self-development opportunities 2010 – 2015 ICAN Women’s Leadership Conference - Omaha 2008 to 2015 – First National’s Employee Appreciation Committee (2 years as chair) & First National’s Years of Service recognition 2005 to Present – Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation with extra focus in 2009 when FNBO was corporate sponsor & 2015 when Dan & Alison O’Neill were Honorary Chairs for JDRF’s Gala. 2011 – I rallied a First National team to join me in Joplin, MO to contribute to their disaster relief efforts, five days after the EF5 tornado paralyzed their community. 2012 to Present – started a ministry at Calvary Christian Church in Bellevue - $1 For One.
