To this day it is the only fully-electrical CNC-controlled injection moulding machine in the world. And as always, all Roboshot machines and their main components – controls, amplifiers and motors – are manufactured 100% in the FANUC factory in Japan. Backflow monitor for a unique backflow measurement with continuous wear monitoring Your advantage: quick overview of the condition of the non-return valve, which indicates the need for preventive maintenance.
Highest tool safety through AI mould protection: Only the FANUC Roboshot precisely displays the motor torque of the mould close and open movement. This guarantees sensitive, fast and outstanding mould protection. The result: prevention of downtimes and reduced costs for mould repairs.
Intelligent AI ejector protection: The forward and reverse movement of the ejector is monitored via the torque. Stiff ejectors are recognised early.
Very low maintenance costs due to the highest level of machine availability, fewer components and less wear.
CNC Principle
Meticulous accuracy due to CNCTo obtain the worldwide unique FANUC Roboshot technology, we have applied the highest CNC precision from turning and milling to injection moulding. 16,000 times per second, the control communicates with the motor – directly controlled, without inertia and without oil as a medium. The result: utmost precision of movement and greater acceleration through state-of-the-art CNC technology and with a high-speed processor. For the highest quantities with extremely short cycle times – and maximum productivity through constant quality of the parts.
