The Indisolar Robo-Cleaner is a completely sel f automated, hands-free cleaning system that does not require any operator on site to perform the physical cleaning process. The system self-powers and automatical ly cleans your PV panels at a pre-set t ime (dai ly, weekly, Monthly)

The Indisolar Robo-Cleaner is suitable for PV plants ranging from a few hundred Ki lowatts to larger Megawatt scaled farms. I t is modular in design to suit var ious cleaning widths as per your f ie ld layout. Designed for on-the-f ie ld and easy maintenance.

CLEANING PROCESS

The Indisolar Robo-Cleaner travels on two support rai ls, which are instal led at the top and bottom ends of your PV panels to ensure smoother travel and stabi l i ty, as wel l as to avoid any damage to your panels. The Cleaner autonomously travels along these rai ls whi le i t s imultaneously cleans the surface of your panels. I t is ful ly automated/independent operat ion with no manual cleaning required. DOCKING STATION + CHARGING

The Indisolar Robo-Cleaner automatical ly sel f-charges when i t is at low power through i ts own f ixed PV panels.

To ensure the the Indisolar Robo-cleaner is suff ic ient ly charged, the surface of the cleaner’s PV panels are also cleaned frequently with the help of the Docking Stat ion. The Docking Stat ion is equipped with a cleaning brush which removes any foreign matter and dirt off the PV panel surface. The Robo-Cleaner passes under the Docking Stat ion’s cleaning brush to achieve this.

CUSTOM BUILT

The Robo-Cleaner and support rai ls are both modular in design to suit var ious cleaning widths as per your f ie ld layout. They can be custom bui l t to suit any mounting structure to offer f lexibi l i ty to your part icular requirements.

BRIDGING

The support rai ls can be used as br idging beams to enable the Robo-Cleaner to travel across from one array of PV panels to another adjacent array.

*Gap distance between arrays must not exceed 3000mm.

*Max slope angle of br idging beam rai l : 25°

ROI is less than 3 Years in comparison with water-based manual cleaning and other automatic cleaners. The extra amount of energy produced due to daily cleaning ensures maximum energy conversion for your PV farm. The cleaner also features remotely operated ad hoc cleaning that may be needed in desert/very dusty conditions requiring more than one cycle of cleaning per day.

Completely autonomous in operation and starts one cycle at the set t ime every day or on certain days in a week with no manpower required. One cycle of cleaning comprises of one forward and a reverse movement of the Cleaner. The Robo-Cleaner can be operated for ad hoc cleaning, through manual mode as well.

Designed to be robust and withstand various environmental conditions. Certain consumables such as brushes, fr iction belts, batteries may need replacement after prolonged use. Replacement of consumables can be done on the field with minimal effort and time.

SINGLE BATTERY OPTION :

The Indisolar Robo-Cleaner comes with either a single or double 25.6V / 18Ah rechargeable battery, depending on the length of your solar PV array.

A Robo-Cleaner with a single battery is able to travel along an array with a span of 200 meters one way before the power runs out. (400 meters both ways)With two batter ies the Robo-Cleaner is able to travel 400 meters along a solar PV array. (800 meters both ways)
