SR-55 in Newport Beach, CA.

TRC completed the design and plan development for an award-winning, $80 million section of WV Route 10 that

cuts through mountainous ter-rain in Logan County, WV.

TRC was the Lead Engineer for this award-winning, $325 million Design-Build toll facil-ity in Richmond that was the

first public-private partnership project in VA.

TRC is upgrading a $12.1 mil-lion section of Old Hammond Highway for the City of Baton Rouge as part of an innovative funding program known as the

“Green Light Plan”.
