The Concord Road Repair Kettles can be used in many applications such as crack filling, scratch coating, seal coating, etc. Constructed to be used with SC, MC, RC, AC and emulsions, the Concord Road Repair Kettles, are available in five different capacities from 40 gal. skid type units to 550 gal. tow behind units. Available with many different types of optional equipment from engine or hydraulic driven power spray systems to fuel efficient thermostatic controls which require no battery or outside electric power sources (see optional equipment). The Concord Road Repair Kettles come standard with a full structural channel support frame (4” x 5.4 lb. channel) 3500 lb axles 300 lb leaf type springs, 8 ply rated tires (std equipment 165, 220, 300, 400 & 550 gal.). The inner and outer shells are constructed of 10 ga steel with heat shields protecting the tires, heavy duty fenders, hinged exhaust stack. Adjustable pintle eye, never-leak draw off valve, wraparound heat flow are just some of the other standard features of the Concord Road Repair Kettle.
