Here is an example of form. You don’t see

the details just the

silhouette. Almost like a ‘cut-out’.

Here is an obvious example off shape although space is also present.

Shape. Here many of the same shapes are grouped together to form an over-all picture. Different colours are used to ‘individualise’

the shapes.

determine the size due to the

fact that we can compare it to the

space and surroundings.

Volume once again. I find it difficult to explain ‘volume’... Anything that has mass has volume.

These air balloons being a good example.

allows you to see depth and volume.

this one is 3D allowing you to

see volume and of cores shape is

present. (triangles)

Shape..There is an overall square which is the picture and many

individual squares creating the picture.

Form and shape.Silhouette creates form and in between the silhouettes are

shapes.

Space. This wall(?) was designed with a cavity.

Space. I get a definite feeling of space and the vast size of this hall. Proportion plays a big part.

Volume. Understanding of the space inside.

Volume.Can see the hollowness

in the middle petals.

Space volume and shape. The fact that this is displayed in a room gives us an accurate understanding of the actual size if the ‘pile’.

also get a feeling of distance.

Fantastic picture this. Its a subway drawing done so well that it looks realistic. I’m not sure if I'm

correct in saying that volume is present or space ‘underneath’ the steps. Shape is an obvious ->

rectangle.
