RMM-100 is a user friendly software application that uses a scanner to extract information from a BCR or 2D barcode in the returned mail address field. It then automatically populates a spreadsheet with the mailpiece customer ID so you can:

Mail pieces that are returned contain:• BCR or 2D Data Matrix• Return Reason Label• Hand Written Information

RMM-100 processes the captured data and creates a file containing the data for each mailpiece that is returned. This makes it easy to:• Electronically update your customer database

or mailing files• Analyse and record the Reason Returned information

and plan corrective action• Analyse campaign effectiveness

BCR scanner reads the BCR or 2D Data Matrix printed on the mailpiece by the sender. With RMM-100 the user can:• Add additional information by either entering data

or scan a further barcode• Read and capture the returned reason label and scan

the corresponding barcode on the Reason Returned Master• Link the received data to an external source

for additional information• Store it in a repository and export to other applications

for further processing
