Sand zone 1,3 and 4 (for 2 no change)

No change in water content but sand -1.5% for zone 3,1.5 % for zone 1 -3% for zone 4

Increase / decrease of Compaction factor by 0.1

PROBLEMS EXPERIENCED  Some sites are just too far away.  Generation of road traffic.  Concrete's limited time span between mixing and

going-off means that ready-mix should be placed within 10 minutes of batching at the plant.

   Slump loss is also a major issue in RMC which result

in a loss to company as the buyer tends to reject the product.
