We’re located on a sunny acre in the redwood forest with

private access to Hulbert Creek, a fairy ring of 200-ft redwoods complete with a hammock, fruit trees, organic vegetable gardens, a hot tub under the stars, and much more. Tranquil, without phones or TV, we have plenty of good books as well as an extensive movie collection.

Accommodations � Guest Cottage for two people with a king-sized bed, bathroom and a

kitchen equipped for a cook. The cottage has its own fenced yard with a BBQ, hammock and organic vegetable garden.

� The RiverSea Guest Room is located in a private wing of the main house with a private exterior entrance, comfortable queen-sized bed and private bathroom for two people.

� Rent the two rooms together for a perfect retreat for two couples

Weddings at RiverSea � We’re the perfect site for those wanting a simple, inexpensive and

intimate wedding surrounded by ancient redwoods � Appropriate for wedding parties of 30 people and under

� Wedding planning services available. Rent the site ala carte; let us arrange all the details, or anything in between. Call for rates and details.

Rates High Season: mid-April to mid-October & holidays

� Guest Cottage: $100.00 per night or $600.00 per week (2-night minimum) � Guest Room: $85.00 per night or $510.00 per week (2-night minimum) � Guest Room for 1 night only: $115.00 (Sun to Thurs, no restrictions—

Fri/Sat 1-night rental can be reserved starting the Thursday prior)

Off-Season: mid-Oct to mid-April, holidays excluded—discounted $10 per night
