• New shallow pressure sewer from Beverly pump station on west side of Anthony Wayne Trail down Brookford to the equalization basin
• To be located on south side of Brookford• Located off of street – except for crossings at OLPH
and Island Avenue• Traffic maintained except for two crossings to be done
in summer• Will work with neighborhood to minimize disruption
New Relief SewersNew Relief Sewers
• Deep sanitary sewers• Wide trenches
• Large equipment
• Slower progress
• On Beverly from Brookford to Medford• On River Road from Brookford to Midland• Both relief sewer lines should help reduce basement
flooding and eliminate overflows in area• Traffic control

Midland• Will start soon• New water line will be installed first
• Water main will be done by June
• Will cause temporary disruption of water service• Should help improve water pressure and main breaks in
