WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT? We create impactful immersive containers to elicit engagement and action from audience. RIPPLES! STORY A little boy was dawdling along the ocean, as he toyed with his favorite cup in his hand. He told his mother, “Mom, I want to collect the entire ocean in my cup”. The mother encouraged him to persevere at his desire. Even after much effort, the boy could only collect so much water in his cup. The boy was on the brink of losing hope; the mother held out his cup and threw it in the ocean. She told her son, “If the ocean cannot come to you, then you can go to the ocean”. A three-hour interactive workshop was designed using innovative design change mechanisms, liberating structures, allowed participants to engage in powerful conversations, share stories of social change and fathom the importance of creating ripples of change within systems without changing the system. The takeaway of the workshop was how small tweaks; initiatives, efforts and changes can create a big difference. This power of creating change lies inside all of us, making us all THE CHANGE DESIGNERS.
