Page 5: Rimon forclients 62016

1. Marginal Water Reclamation Millions of gallons of wastewater are drained off each day following a single

use and millions of gallons of valued marginal water remain unused.

The Advantages of reusing treated waste water

• Increasing the whole water resources and reduction of potable water use.

• Decreasing the contamination of soil and water sources (aquifer, rivers etc.).

• Reduction of dependence on climate, precipitation and other natural sources.

• Sustainable costs.

Ideal for dry regions with intensive agriculture

Page 6: Rimon forclients 62016

1. Marginal Water Reclamation Rimon operates in more then 10 WW reclamation projects. The investment in an average project

for supply of 5-10 m3/year is - 30 m USD. The Israeli government is Subsidizing up to 60% of the

investment.

Wastewater reuse solutions include: Treatment plants, collection pipelines, storage reservoirs,

filtration systems, pumping stations and/or distribution pipelines to route water to its final

destination.Water Collection System

Primary Treatment Sedimentation Secondary Treatment: Biological oxidation, Disinfection

Tertiary/Advanced treatment: Chemical coagulation, Filtration, Disinfection

• Expanding into new fields, Rimon has recently established a dedicated Energy & Natural Gas division, to execute projects in these areas.

• A major Rimon goal is to

provide cleaner and less costly

energy through the use of natural gas and wind power.

• Rimon is in the process of laying the groundwork for projects in three areas chosen for development in Israel, With an investment of over one Billion shekels in coming years .

Natural Gas and Energy division

Page 18: Rimon forclients 62016

• A Rimon and “Mer Group” joint venture, “Merimon Natural Gas North”, has obtained a 25 year license (B.O.T Contractual agreement model) to conduct and distribute natural gas to large customers such as factories, hotels, commercial buildings, and industrial parks in northern Israel.

• Converting to natural gas in order to fuel energy needs can typically save from 15% to 30% of energy costs, in addition to the important goal of lowering the environmental impact.

Page 20: Rimon forclients 62016

• Initiation, design, execution and management of power plants projects, fired by natural gas, to generate electricity and thermal power using Cogeneration technology.-

• Rimon’s target customers are manufacturers and commercial consumers that already use - or intend to use - natural gas as a fuel source.

• Heating and powering with cogeneration can save customers approximately 15% of their O&M and energy costs.

• NG is also much cleaner, emitting significantly less carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides.

2) Cogeneration power plants

• Rimon is presently developing a wind farm in the lower Galilee region of Israel, which will supply electricity by utilizing the wind to operate turbines to generate power.

• the wind farm will generate 60 MW of electricity per hour, which will be delivered directly to the grid, supplying enough power for 17,000 households.

3) Wind power – Renewable energy
