Particular emphasis was placed on high manoeuvrability in the development of the NEXOS, because we know just how critical this is for your special applications.

The NEXOS’ weight distribution, lifting capacity and wheelbase have been optimised for all the machine models, enabling them to pull and lift even extremely heavy attachments.

With a minimum outer width of 1.00 m, 1.26 m and 1.46 m, respectively, the VE, VL and F models offer the perfect solution for each crop type and width.

With its high-performance hydraulic circuit, the NEXOS opens up a world of new possibilities. Up to a maximum of three hydraulic pumps and a hydraulic flow of 85 l/m at the rear linkage and at the four spool valves facilitate simultaneous operation of a hydraulic motor, spool valve and rear linkage.

The result is a stress-free and comfortable ride, especially at headlands. What's more, with a low requirement for hydraulics, diesel consumption can be massively cut, since the machine can be driven at a lower engine speed. The NEXOS features four electronic spool valves for increased comfort and precision, two of which can be controlled via the joystick.

4-cylinder engines with an output of 72 to 101 hp deliver a comfortable driving experience. Modified to the tractor output, the 3.2 l engine ensures a higher degree of manoeuvrability in smaller models. The 4.5 l engine in the largest model develops greater output, and offers an extended wheelbase for superior strength and stability. Both engines meet the stringent requirements of the TIER 3 exhaust emissions standard, using internal exhaust gas recirculation, turbochargers, charge-air coolers (with the exception of the 210) and mechanical injection. Additionally, up to 24 gears ensure that a suitable driving speed can be set at any time.

Welcome aboard the NEXOS! The wide-opening door, comfortable handles and self-cleaning steps provide easier cab access. The many potential configurations of seat and steering wheel ensure a comfortable driving position for any driver. The NEXOS raises comfort standards still further with its air-sprung seat, air-conditioning system and active carbon filter.

The NEXOS comes equipped for intuitive operation with easy-to-identify control elements. The TCE 6 rear linkage electronic control is available for greater precision. The overall cab ergonomics provide for a relaxed posture and the highest degree of concentration for long working days.

Thanks to the one-piece bonnet and easy accessibility of the engine and cabin air filter, you can perform all daily maintenance tasks quickly and in just a few actions. The new NEXOS boasts particularly long maintenance intervals – the 600-h engine oil-change intervals reduce costs and downtime.
