Wristbands can be purchased using your CDFPay account for the early bird price of $30 or can be bought in person next week either before school (Thur-Fri) or after school (Tues-Fri). There will be a table set up outside the front of school and you will be able to pay with cash or EFTPOS.
Wristbands will also be available to buy on Carnival day for $35.
If you don’t want to purchase a wristband, you will be able to buy individual tickets from the ticket booth for $3 each or 4 for $10.

Our fruit and vegetable stall at St Ambrose is renowned for having the best produce on the market. Run by Gerome Raco, who has years of experience in the international fresh produce market, you’re guaranteed to have the yummiest fruit and vegetables for the week following the carnival.
Thanks to all of your fabulous donations (and there is still time to donate more!) our book, cakes and biscuits, plants, homemade-handmade and pre-loved clothing stalls will be the best places to pick up a bargain.
And we can’t wait to surprise you will a great array of local businesses offering their products to you at one of our Pop-Up Stalls - don’t forget to bring your shopping bags!

Volunteers needed on the dayWe have had a great response for coordinators of our stalls and activities, however there is still plenty of time to get involved. We need help to run stalls on the day, as well as assistance with set up (from 7am) and pack down (from 3pm). Please check CareMonkey and let us know if you can help.
WE NEED YOUR HELP!Donations still needed
Calling all crafters and cooksIf you’re a gun on the sewing machine or a mad knitter, we would love to hear from you. We are after donations for our homemade/handmade stall. Anything from handmade children’s clothes, knitted scarves, scrunchies and even jams and preserves will be graciously accepted at the office.
Cake Stall needs CakesWe are still looking for donations of homemade cakes, biscuits and slices (please list ingredients on packaging). Packaging can be supplied by the school office, if needed.
Please drop off donations to the office on the morning of Friday 13 March.
Clean out your cupboardsIf you have secondhand books or clothing that is looking for a new home, please drop them off at the school office. Our preloved stalls accepts good quality clothing, shoes for men, women or children, books and magazines.
Have you got a green thumb?We are looking for donations of plants for our ever popular plant stall - succulents, annuals, seeds, pretty potted plants, whatever you have to make your cottage garden dreams come true. Donations can be left at the school office.
And not forgetting the Silent Auction...!The online auction will go live on Wednesday 11 March but there is still time for local businesses to donate products or services. To donate, please email [email protected]. For those interested in bidding, stay tuned!! More details on the online Silent Auction will be shared next week.

With a water station from Western Water and a coffee van onsite, make sure to bring your empty drink

The Ticket Booth is the official ‘lost child’ spot so tell your kids they can always head there if they can’t find
you!
The weather in Woodend is always unpredictable - pack sunscreen, hats and an umbrella, just in case!
The Silent Auction will be located in the Prep/1 classroom (former art room). Get bidding!
