Working together The participants are divided into teams, each team inheriting an organisation. The team’s purpose is to improve, grow, and establish the organisation so that it satisfies its stakeholders’ needs and secures greater capital value. In a number of 25-minute ‘rounds’, the teams must understand, collect, and fulfil the organisations’ requirements. Participants can change anything about their inherited organisation (strategies, markets, job roles, prices, inventory, and so on).

Ric Willmot’s MBA Simulation is an involving way to learn the key concepts of organisational process and customer focus.
