RICK BRADDOCKExecutive Chairman of the Board, Joinem

Rick Braddock began his business career in 1965, spending a number of years in product management at General Foods. He joined Citicorp in 1973, was elected to the Board of Directors in 1985 and was elected President and Chief Operating Officer of Citicorp and its principal subsidiary, Citibank, N.A., in January 1990, and served in that position until he left in late November 1992.

NINA ALEXANDER-HURSTVP of Customer Experience and SWAT, BaubleBar

Alexander-Hurst is constantly working on creative ways to build long-lasting customer relationships and focuses on helping her team implement effective systems around customer feedback and experience. Previously, she was a successful entrepreneur selling fashionable smartphone cases and replacement BlackBerry parts, worked at NYC non-profits and spent a year writing for the Jerusalem Post.

ANDREW BLACKMON AND PATRICK COYNECo-Founders, The Black Tux

Andrew Blackmon: Prior to founding The Black Tux, Blackmon built his foundation in tech startups. He received his MBA at HEC Paris and graduated from Pepperdine University.

Patrick Coyne: Coyne has a background in finance at Wells Fargo and The New York Angels. He attended USC and received his MBA from New York University Stern School of Business.

JASON GOLDBERGERPresident, Target.com & Mobile

Jason Goldberger was named President of Target.com & Mobile in December 2014 and is responsible for overseeing Enterprise Item, Pricing and Promotions and all e-Commerce operations for Target including Merchandising, Product, Site Merchandising and the Guest Fulfillment Experience. He joined Target in February 2013.

SUSAN SOARESVP of Retail Operations, Alex and Ani

Soares pioneers new methods to leverage leading-edge technology in the company’s efforts to enhance the in-store experience, engage customers in deeper and more meaningful ways, and develop the field of retail associates by capitalizing on their strengths. Simultaneously, and in partnership with Alex and Ani Institute, she plays integral roles in the creation, development and implementation of the company’s training tools.

REBECCA MINKOFFOwner, Rebecca Minkoff

Known for her chic yet edgy taste, Rebecca Minkoff is considered to be an influential figure in fashion. She manages to create mature pieces that are still youthful, hip and stylish. She is extremely involved in the fashion “blogosphere,” making her a favorite amongst bloggers and blog readers alike.

LESLIE ANDERSONSenior Director, Head of Field HR, Old Navy

Anderson leads Human Resources supporting more than 55,000 field employees in over 1,000 stores. To support Old Navy’s mission to make current American fashion essentials accessible for every family, Anderson and her team recognize that to deliver a great customer shopping experience, they need to attract, train and develop the best talent and offer multiple paths to build a robust career with the brand.

RICHARD ARMOURSenior Director of Multi-Channel, GameStop

Armour’s team is responsible for generating sales and traffic on GameStop.com and the mobile site, with a focus on online marketing, visual merchandising, SEO/SEM, analytics, promotion management, content, onsite search, and the affiliate program. Armour has 10+ years of e-Commerce experience. Prior to joining GameStop, he held a variety of positions at various start-ups and Travelocity.

DAVE MUNSONCEO, Saddleback Leather Co.

Munson was living in Mexico and teaching English, in need of a bag to carry his books. He drew a bag and asked a man in a leather shop if he would make it. That grew into what is now Saddleback Leather Co. Eventually Saddleback acquired the production facility in Mexico. Saddleback bags bring together classic designs with innovative touches.

DANIEL NEUKOMMCEO, La Jolla Group

Neukomm is known for delivering creative solutions to small and medium cap companies at all stages of development in fast-paced, competitive markets. Neukomm is highly effective at identifying and leveraging opportunities, developing focus and providing tactical business solutions. La Jolla Group is parent company of leading action sports and lifestyle apparel brands domestically and globally — including O’Neill, Metal Mulisha and FMF.

ROSE HAMILTONEVP, General Manager & Chief Marketing Officer, Pet360, Inc. – a division of PetSmart

Hamilton is responsible for consumer strategy, customer experience, merchandising and P&L management across the Pet360 brand portfolio. Pet360 is an integrated media and e-Commerce company. The Pet360 network reaches more than 12 million pet parents each month and powers industry leading sites such as Pet360.com, petMD.com and PetFoodDirect.com.

JANET SCHALKEVP/Chief Information Officer, Kohl’s

Schalk is responsible for leading Kohl’s information technology planning, development and support. Her leadership has been instrumental in retooling the retailer’s IT foundation and talent, allowing Kohl’s to leverage those platforms to create world-class loyalty programs, a merchant toolkit, and a seamless omnichannel experience. Previously, Schalk served as SVP of Business Applications at Kohl’s.

KENNETH A. HIMMELPresident and CEO, Related Urban

Under Himmel’s leadership, Related Urban has opened two award-winning iconic destinations — Time Warner Center in New York City and CityPlace in West Palm Beach. Himmel also is leading the development and leasing of the retail and restaurant concepts of Hudson Yards, a 28-acre project that will transform midtown Manhattan. Related Urban is the nation’s leading developer of large-scale mixed-use properties.

SCOTT EMMONSiLab Manager and Enterprise Architect, Neiman Marcus

Emmons is focused on IS innovation for the Neiman Marcus Group (NMG). He built the NMG innovation lab (iLab) and is responsible for leading the organization in evaluating, designing, testing and piloting cutting-edge technologies and applications for luxury retail. He also is working on BYOD initiatives, Wi-Fi/LAN/WAN infrastructure, mobility and digital signage initiatives.

DAVE POWERSPresident, Deckers Brands

Powers leads the company’s omnichannel organization, as well as the entire brand portfolio which includes: UGG®, Teva®, Sanuk®, HOKA One One® and Ahnu®. He is focused on accelerating growth through a coordinated distribution, marketing and merchandising approach, and business development strategies. He also is responsible for prioritizing all strategic initiatives and related investments aimed at further expanding Deckers’ distribution footprint.

DAVID ZIMMERMANDirector Independent Services Strategy, SUPERVALU

Zimmerman has been the director of professional services at SUPERVALU for the past five years. In his position, Zimmerman is responsible for leading the development of business strategy around professional services and independent grocers within the Independent Sales & Marketing group. He’s been with SUPERVALU for more than 30 years.

KEN SILAYFormer Director, Technology Research and Innovation, Chico’s

Silay developed a prototype that drove customers back into Chico’s stores. He directed the initial 12 store implementation of RFID for the Soma intimates brand, proving inventory accuracy can be maintained at 95% or better. He also managed the infusion of new technology into the first store opened by the Boston Proper brand, including an enhanced network, tech tables, digital signage and iPad augmented selling.

STEVE WILLIAMSChief Information Officer, Boot Barn Holdings

Williams joined Boot Barn Holdings in August of 2012 to assist in establishing the appropriate infrastructure needed to facilitate the company’s aggressive growth plans. Since joining the company, Williams has helped Boot Barn grow by more than 75%. The retailer successfully went public on the New York Stock Exchange in October 2014.

MIKE EDWARDSVP of Merchandising and Sales Operations, Famous Footwear/Brown Shoe Company

Edwards identified an opportunity at Brown Shoe to make significant improvements in driving in-store conversion and turn by improving the service levels at each Famous Footwear location. Recognizing that the key to doing this was gaining a better understanding of consumer demand at the item/size/width level in each store, he implemented solutions that would apply these insights in a new way.

MELISSA GONZALEZFounder, Lionesque Group

Gonzalez and her team have produced more than 80 pop-up stores since 2009. In 2014, she wrote the book The Pop Up Paradigm, detailing how brands penetrate the modern consumer’s digital labyrinth to create an offline and human connection. Gonzalez has worked with industry disrupting brands such as Sole Society and J.Hilburn.

ANTHONY PANISZCZYZNVP of Sales and Operations, Staples

Paniszczyzn has been with Staples for 21 years and currently runs sales and operations for all U.S. stores. Previously, he served as the Director of Labor, Divisional Operations Manager and General Manager.

ROBERT D. TAYLORChief Operating Officer, The Journeys Group

Throughout his career, Taylor has been focused on the growth of the Journeys business and has helped create a winning culture that is anchored in service and execution. His focus on improving systems, processes, policies and procedures has helped create value for employees, customers, vendor partners and shareholders.

GLENN EDELMANVice President of E-Commerce, Wine Enthusiast

Edelman is responsible for the overall direct-to-consumer strategy for the wine accessories and wine storage retailer.  He oversees all the print and digital marketing for Wine Enthusiast, including customer acquisition and retention as well as online merchandising and the user experience.  He joined Wine Enthusiast in 2001 as a Catalog Circulation Manager, where he oversaw the circulation of nearly 20 million direct-mail catalogs.

RAFEH MASOODVP of Customer Innovation Technology, Dick’s Sporting Goods

Masood joined Dick’s in June 2013 and is responsible for store systems, e-Commerce platforms, mobility and driving innovation through technology to enhance customer experience. Previously, Rafeh served as VP of Integrated Retail Solutions at Sears Holdings, where he was responsible for Retail Technology, Learning & Performance Management and Internal Communications functions.

Before joining zulily shortly after it was founded in 2009, Twomey was the President of Charming Direct/Crosstown Traders, where she launched the Lane Bryant Woman catalog in 2007, and led the strategic direction of the Lane Bryant, Catherines and Fashion Bug web sites. Prior to joining Crosstown Traders, she spent 16 years with Eddie Bauer in merchandising, product development and new business development.
