Creating a Flyer with Tear-offs (Windows 07) - Apartment for Rent

In the Format Publications Task Pane, click “Apply a Template”

Click Flyers

Begin Publisher

Choose your template Scroll down to find the flyer category

“Sale”, and choose “Apartment for Rent” with tear offs.

Click the heading text box “Apartment for rent”, and type what you are renting

Click the subtitle “Available : 00/00/00” and type a date that your housing will be available.

Click the text box, and describe the location of your house or apartment.

Customize

Click the text box below the availability date and add some information about the housing you are offering

Customize

Click the text box for contact information and type your name and contact number. Then, hit the ENTER key

Click the text in one of the tear offs and retype your name and contact number

Hit the ENTER key and click off the tear off and your contact will appear in the rest of the tear offs

Add Contact

Double click the graphic

Type in “house” in the photo search box, or add a picture from file if you have one of the property.

Choose a picture you want in your file and double click it to automatically enter it in your flyer.

Change the Picture

On the task pane, click “Color Schemes,” and choose colors that you prefer

On the task pane, click “Font Schemes," and choose the font that you prefer

Fix any spelling errors

Run the Design Check
