Project

Goals for the project are to have the users understand Microsoft Office 2013 programs. These programs will include the 2013 Office Suite which is made of, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. The goal is to allow the users to communicate with the clients effectively as we are moving to being a paperless company. The Microsoft Office Suite will be installed by the IT Department before training begins on August 1, 2014.

We have set aside 30 days for training to take place as we are located over multiple locations and the client demand comes first. We request that the training to be completed by September 1, 2014. We have set aside $800 for training where we understand that the training will take place over the course of multiple days. However this price can be negotiated should the training be completed at one location and a webinar can be created from the first session. Flexibility in schedule will be a must as we will still be operational during the hours of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. A paid 30 minute lunch will be provided as well.

Available Technology Resources

An over head HD projector that also works with a touch screen whiteboard will be provided in the conference room. A laptop can be connected with prior notice, so that the IT Department assist with setup.
