About the Position:

You will work in FIRST RF’s Phased Arrays technology division to investigate customer needs, designprototypes, and build products that require both creativity and attention to detail. These cutting-edgetechnologies include phased-array systems and advanced signal detection technologies designed for bothgovernment and commercial customers.

Qualifications:

• Must have US Citizenship and ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (MS preferred) and relevant experience in RFsystems

• A proven capacity to work on multidisciplinary engineering projects

• Experience with analysis and testing of RF networks and devices

• Experience in antenna design, passive RF circuits, or active RF circuits

• Experience with embedded systems or software a plus

• A desire to find, explore, and solve new and challenging problems

• A capacity to thrive in an environment that has few boundaries and infinite possibilities
