In REYID Industry I & M Co., LTD, we take the quality of our products very seriously. This is why all of our products are tested several times during and after their production. We carry out strict quality tests be- fore delivering any product to our clients and we welcome them as well to test their products by themselves.

Warranty
REYID Industry I & M Co. LTD warrants to the original purchaser that the machine listed bellow
(Name of the Machine)
is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of original purchase.
In case of defective parts, REYID Industry I & M Co. LTD may use new or refurbished parts in making reasonable repairs. However, the buyer is obliged to send the defective parts to REYID Industry I & M Co. LTD. If no defect is found in any part returned for exchange or repair, a charge will be made for the cost of inspection and examination (50USD). REYID Industry I & M Co. LTD has no other obligation or liability in connec- tion with this machine.
Validity
The warranty is valid only ifThe machine is purchased directly from REYID Industry I & M Co. LTD or any of its authorized distributors.The machine is not transferred to any third party in ownership or during the period of contract.The machine is not repaired or serviced by any unauthorized third party (written authorization by REYID Industry I & M Co. LTD is needed) The model and serial label are not defaced or removed from the machine.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
Damages caused by accident, misuse, abnormal use, operator error, modifications, repairs or adjustments not performed by, or authorized in writing by REYID Industry I & M Co. LTD, abuse, negligence or misconduct (by Customer or his/her officers, employees, agents, indepen- dent contractors, invitees, visitors or customers), or failure to properly maintain or adjust these machines as required by t he User’s Guide ac- companying it.
Annual cleaning and replacement of worn-out parts which by nature of their use are subject to wear and tear. Any faults which arise from the use of non genuine parts.Cleaning, oiling or adjusting required by normal use.Repairs to or replacement of any accessories that were not provided by REYID Industry I & M Co. LTD. Any software loaded on the machine that was not provided by REYID Industry I & M Co. LTD.
Liability to customer for incidental, consequential, indirect, or other similar damages, including and without limitation, damages for loss of use, loss of profit or revenue, loss of time or inconvenience arising out of the malfunction of the machine.Shipping charges to REYID Industry I & M Co. LTD. (REYID Industry I & M Co. LTD pays for shipping charges back to customer).
This warranty shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of People’s Republic of China and the proper venue and exclusive juris- diction for any claims relating to the warranty shall be the appropriate courts located in Ningbo, Zhejiang, China.

Installation and Training
On-site Training
REYID Industry I & M Co. LTD agrees to provide its customers with FREE on-site training on any machine bought directly from REYID Industry I & M Co. LTD or any of its authorized distributors. This on-site training will take place at REYID Industry I & M Co. LTD’s main office, factory or any other location suitable for proper training and assigned by REYID Industry I & M Co. LTD and tt will be carried out by qualified REYID Industry I & M Co. LTD’s staff. The time, date and duration of this on-site training will be determined by REYID Industry I & M Co. LTD, in accordance with its customers’ needs.
REYID Industry I & M Co. LTD’s on-site training will cover the following points:
Machine Components Installation and TestingRunning and Troubleshooting Basic Adjustments and Minor Repairs
Maintenance
REYID Industry I & M Co. LTD will also provide its customers with User ́s Manuals and After Sales Support, the latter provided by email, telephone, MSN or Skype.
Important:
Customers will be responsible for their transportation to our main office, their board and lodging during the duration of their training, and their travel expenses. REYID Industry I & M Co. LTD staff will be happy to assist their customers with hotel reservations, transportation arrangements and any other arrangements they may need.
If customers are unable to take part in the On-site Training, REYID Industry I & M Co. LTD will only provide them with User ́s Manuals and After Sales Support and will be not responsible for any unforeseen difficulties resulting from their lack of training.
Off-site Installation and Training
REYID Industry I & M Co. LTD agrees to assist its customers with the installation of their machines and provide them with proper training at the location of their choice under the following conditions.
Customers will be responsible for REYID Industry I & M Co. LTD’s staff’s return plane tickets.Customers will be responsible for REYID Industry I & M Co. LTD’s staff’s board and lodging during their stay.
Customers will guarantee the safety of REYID Industry I & M Co. LTD’s staff and provide them with immediate assistance in case of accident, sickness or any other unforeseen situation that endangers their well-being.

This fully Automatic Cake Trays Forming Machine uses a mechanic hand to clip the pa- per, feed the paper, separate the paper, punch the molds, and discharge them. This model can make different sizes of cake trays by changing the mold.
