to the Starter Pack you purchase.

PACK UPGRADE: You can upgrade any Starter Pack

you purchase to a higher Pack within 30 days, and

pay only the difference. If you want to upgrade after

30 days, you must pay the full price of the higher

refer 3 or more Preferred Customers whose AutoShip

orders have a combined total at least 3 times the BV

amount of their own AutoShip order, receive their next

AutoShip order FREE of charge, including shipping!

You must be on a minimum of 60 BV AutoShip to

qualify for this program. Eligibility is based on a

calendar month, so acquire your Customers by the end

of each calendar month to receive your next month’s

order FREE.

You will not earn commissionable BV on your free

order, however, you remain bonus qualified.

All SWYCH Preferred Customers are eligible to receive

their product FREE. Members have the added benefit

of earning Personal Customer Bonuses.

QUALIFICATION: Members and Customers must have a minimum AutoShip of 60 BV.

Retail Profits

EARNED IMMEDIATELY

As a Member, you have the ability to order products

at wholesale directly from SWYCH and resell them to

your customers up to the suggested retail price. Selling

retail is one of the quickest ways to earn immediate

income while you are building your business. There are

no qualifications required to earn retail profits.

QUALIFICATION: None.

Customer Bonus PAID WEEKLY

The more Customers you acquire, and the more

products they buy, the more you earn.

Earn up to 30% cash bonus on all your Customer

orders based on the table below. The Customer Bonus

is in addition to any retail profit you earn. If a Customer

places an order online or by calling SWYCH, we add this

bonus to your weekly pay automatically. The Customer

Bonus excludes Starter Packs and is calculated on a

per-order basis, not on a cumulative basis.

This bonus is the foundation of your business and

the key to the lifetime residual income we all dream

about! When you build a solid Member and Customer

base, you will receive this bonus on all product orders

(Excluding orders that contain a Member Kit or a

Smart Start Packs.) and re-orders in your Enroller

Tree organization down to nine (9) levels. What

makes this Unilevel so powerful is the use of Dynamic

Unilevel Bonuses exclude orders that contain a Member Kit or a Smart Start Packs.

QUALIFICATION: Maintain your Rank in the qualifying month (based on a calendar month) to be eligible to earn

the Unilevel Bonus. Dynamic Compression maximizes the benefits of this plan.

Compression. Compression is a technique that keeps

inactive or non-qualified Members from occupying

a payout level in the Unilevel plan. For example, if

you sponsor Fred and he doesn’t qualify to earn a

Unilevel bonus, you receive the Unilevel bonuses on

his first-level Members as though you had Personally

Sponsored them. This allows you to get paid around

your inactive or non-qualifying downline Members, but

leaves them in place and gives them time to build their

organizations. The bottom line is it puts more money

into your pocket!

Earn between $700 and $2,500 a month - paid to

you directly for the car of your choice. You pick the

car and color! Crown Diamonds earn the exotic car

of their choice. You have two cash options: 60% as a

direct cash payment or 100% option that accumulates

toward the purchase of your car. Cash options are

available for up to 12 months.

You must generate a minimum of 100 BV in total

Personal Volume during the qualifying and effective

months to be eligible for the Car Bonus.

You must qualify two consecutive months at the

appropriate rank. Your Car Bonus eligibility then starts

the third month.

You must submit to SWYCH: a completed Car Bonus

form (available in the BackOffice), the car’s bill of sale,

and a photo of you with the car before any payments

will be made. The car must be no more than four years

old. You must also agree to have the company logo on

the vehicle. No Car Bonuses are paid during the first

two months of your business.

All Car Bonuses are paid along with the bonus week

that includes the 15th day of the month.

SPECIAL QUALIFICATION: (INSTEAD OF RANK)

Earn a $700 Car Bonus when you qualify at Executive or higher and have at least 7,000 BV within 7 Personal Enrollment levels with no more than 40% of the BV from one Personally Connected Leg.

weekly and monthly with an easy-to-use,

re-loadable, re-usable Visa® debit card. Your

debit card is issued without a credit check

or bank approval, and the card is welcomed

merchants worldwide.

• Weekly Pay Cycle: Sunday to Saturday at

Midnight ET. All weekly bonuses are paid

nine days after the weekly period ends,

every Monday.

• Monthly Bonuses are paid the following
