Abdomen - striae- scars- bruises- color changes (yellow-orange)- distention- hernias- nausea and vomiting

- Dysphagia- Hematemesis- Melena- Diarrhea- Constipation- pyrosis

Male Genitalia- painful urination- urinary frequency- blood and pus in the urine- edema-presence of lumps

Female Genitalia- dysmenorrhea- Premenstrual syndrome- vaginal discharge- painful or swollen perianal tissues- genital lesions- bleeding

Anus, rectum, and prostate- hemorrhoids- bleeding- melena- change in bowel habits

Musculoskeletal - kyphosis- posterior curvature of the thoracic spine- lordosis- increase lumbar curvature- scoliosis- lateral spine curvature- loss of height- arthritis

Neurologic- depression- anger- changes in behavior

Disturbances in memory- Confabulation filling of memory gaps- Dj vu 2nd time-like feeling- Jamais vu- not having been to the place one has been before

- Amnesia memory loss (inability to recall past events)- Retrograde-distant past- Anterograde immediate past- Anomia lack of memory of items

- Aphasia speech difficulty and disturbanceExpressive , receptive or global

-Echolalia pathological repetition of words of others-Word salad incoherent mixture of words and phrases with no logical sequence-neologism coining of words that people do not understand
