After helping hire personnel for our new store, I led several crews around the clock to relocate inventory, empty the old store, reset the old store for new business and then returned to assume the official Personnel Manager’s Position.

I was shown favor during my time at Wal*Mart receiving many commendation raises, getting the opportunity to do many things including, traveling conducting audits and reset store modulars, visiting the Home Offices, Representing our Region at the 1992 Stock Holders Meeting, and attending a meet, greet & eat at Sam Walton’s personal residence. I even had the opportunity to model for the front page of a Grand Opening Advertisement.

It was during my employment at Wal*Mart that I felt called of God to follow Him into Ministry. I resigned, giving a two month notice to make for a smooth and seamless transition, and moved to NC to attend Gardner Webb University.
