• Following government guidelines, the management of our campuses and buildings has changed significantly.
• Your safety and wellbeing is of the upmost importance to us, so King’s has implemented a number of measures to protect you and your colleagues while undertaking your activities on our sites.
• The next few pages will help you understand these changes and anticipate the adjustments that your company will need to make during this period.

• Throughout some of our buildings you will see signage indicating directional routes around the area. Please follow these routes, as they are designed to aid social distancing.
• We appreciate these routes may result in it taking you longer to move through the building, but it is essential that you follow these and we ask for your support.
• Corridor signs will indicate the direction in which you should travel.
• Some corridors are wide enough to allow to 2-way traffic. Again, signage will indicate when this is the case. In these instances please keep to the left-hand side of the corridor.
• Please only use lifts when absolutely necessary and follow the capacity levels.EF-ASU-04-FO0041 V1.3 4
