This pricelist replaces any previous pricelist and is valid for all goods delivered by Made by Hand to a customer’s destination.

1. All prices are in DKK or EURO2. Prices includes: Goods, carton, packing. Bulbs are not included3. Prices listed are subject to alteration without any notice

All prices are current prices based on our suppliers’ prices ruling at the date of offer/quota-tion or order confirmation and on prevailing exchange rates, customs tariffs, and duties, but exclusive of Value Added Tax.

Made By Hand reserves the right to make price adjustments to reflect changes in such rates occurring prior to date of delivery and in case of changes in the foreign exchange rates, prior to the date of payment.

Where the price is determined based on a foreign currency the adjustment will be made according to the exchange rate at the date of receipt by Made By Hand of the purchaser’s payment. It appears from the terms of the applicable offer/ quotation or order confirmation whether delivery is to be effected by a sub supplier. Unless otherwise stated the prices are quoted ex warehouse.

4. Order should be placed with Made By Hand by email to [email protected]. All orders should use product codes specified in this priceslist6. Order is confirmed, delivered and invoiced by Made by Hand.7. Objections to order confirmation must happen within 24 hours

Important: Company registration number (CVR-no/VAT ID) must be placed on first order.

8. Made By Hand invoice in DKK or Euro depending on customers location and preferences.9. Payment is always pre-payment in cash unless something else is agreed upon in writing with Made By Hand.10. For contracts orders of a certain size and volume there will be a payment in advance of up to 75 % of the full order value unless Made By Hand receives a bank guarantee for the full order value.11. Items will only be lent out for demonstration at the customers cost and risk. When items are lent out Made By Hand will debit the customer’s account and then credit the ac count again, if the item is returned in good shape and in proper time as agreed upon.12. Title in the delivered goods shall not pass to the purchaser until such time as Made By Hand has received payment in full. The retention of title shall remain in effect from time to time.

13. Delivery time is estimated to 1 week in Denmark and 2 weeks for customers in Europe and overseas.14. Delivery time if not in stock 4-6 weeks.15. We do not offer dropshipping for retail costumers

Products out of stock will be sent with next order or as a single package with no extra cost for the customer.

The goods are dispatched at the buyer’s risk, even if sent free domicile.

All claims for goods damages must be notified by registered email address to Made By Hand within 2 days from receipt of the order.

All claims for damages due to freight of goods must be directed toward the shipper and Made By Hand within 3 days. No returns will be accepted without prior acceptance by Made By Hand. If accepted there is a return fee of 30 %. Goods must be in undamaged original packing.

In the event of defective goods Made By Hand shall be obliged and entitled to redress the defects by repair or replacement delivery of defect-free goods at its option. Made By Hand will be responsible for shipping charges incurred in connection with the replacement delivery. There are no other remedies available to the purchaser against Made By Hand, nor the right to claim damages, unless the repair or replacement service is not provided within reasonable time. Made By Hand’s liability shall in no event exceed the amount paid by the purchaser for the product giving rise to the claim, however subject to a maximum of DKK 50,000. Made By Hand shall not be liable for loss of business, loss of profits, consequential loss, loss of goodwill, loss of anticipated savings or for any other indirect loss.

Made By Hand’s product liability for damage caused by the delivered goods to persons, real or personal property, etc. is limited to DKK 10,000. Made By Hand is under no circumstances liable for loss of business, loss of revenue, loss of profits, consequential loss, loss of goodwill, loss of anticipated savings or for any other indirect loss. The purchaser shall indemnify Made By Hand to the extent Made By Hand is held liable to any third party insofar as such liability extends beyond the foregoing limitation of Made By Hand’s liability. The purchaser shall be obliged to submit to the jurisdiction of the court adjudicating a claim for damages against Made By Hand where the claim is based on damage caused by the product. The foregoing shall not affect Made By Hand’s product liability pursuant to mandatory provisions of law.

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts and shall be settled in accordance with Danish law. In any contract covered by these Terms of Sale and Delivery the parties expressly exclude the application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

The Terms of Sale and Delivery contained herein shall apply to all contracts unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any deviating terms of the purchaser shall not be binding on Made By Hand
