Having first seen CXAIR back in early
2008 while I was the IT Manager at Lals in
Dubai, it was one of hundreds of products I came across. It
was a product I instantly liked, different to the rest and
ahead of its time.

After an initial demonstration of the
product I made the decision to present
the tool to the key stakeholders within
the business myself. What was
surprising is that after spending only a

was able to build some indexes and
reports and personally do the whole
product presentation to my
management.
Since my initial demonstration of the
product, CXAIR has continued to improve
and offer more and more easy to use
features. The openness to understand
customer/business needs and adapt or
accommodate the same to the product is
