The task of leveraging structured and

unstructured data simultaneously required

relational databases, ensuring all company

data was unified prior to analysis.

Having first seen CXAIR back in early

2008 while I was the IT Manager at Lals in

Dubai, it was one of hundreds of products I came across. It

was a product I instantly liked, different to the rest and

ahead of its time.

Unfortunately, at the time the

company was not in a position to

procure the product. However, after

changing companies and establishing

myself at DHG I was able to review the

product and was amazed to see the

further developments since 2008.

After an initial demonstration of the

product I made the decision to present

the tool to the key stakeholders within

the business myself. What was

surprising is that after spending only a

few hours with the Connexica team I

was able to build some indexes and

reports and personally do the whole

product presentation to my

management.

Since my initial demonstration of the

product, CXAIR has continued to improve

and offer more and more easy to use

features. The openness to understand

customer/business needs and adapt or

accommodate the same to the product is

one of Connexica’s most appreciated

capabilities.

“The product’s capability to do Free Text

search is such a great value add, we don’t

have to worry where the data is coming

from. Then you have CXAIR’s capability of

building dashboards and crosstabs in a

matter of minutes, along with the Venns

which are out of this world. The capability of

comparing data visually using Venn

diagrams is such huge a value to add to any

business if put to the right use”.

“I plan to extend the use of CXAIR to all

stores, making information available on

Point of Sale and Stock positions to

avoid replication of data across our

estate and primary Data Centre.”
