warehousing and distribution facilities you can rely on
retail+
Technology has changed the way retailers operate over the last decade. From the demanding consumer who seeks a seamless shopping experience where they can choose the most convenient way to order, receive and return their purchases to the exploding omni-channel trend and the rise in demand for urban fulfilment centres: the pace of change shows no sign of slowing.
Real estate solutions that enable tomorrow’s retail supply chains

What we can do for you
Goodman has developed and manages warehousing and distribution facilities for many leading retailers worldwide. This extensive experience means we understand that there is no one-size-fits-all solution to designing the optimal retail supply chain or supporting real estate solution. Every retailer’s existing supply chain network, its customers, and the nature of its products all shape where and how goods are stored and shipped.
That’s why we work closely with our retail customers to develop tailored warehousing solutions to suit their local, regional or global product and distribution requirements, whether through the design and development of a built-to-suit property, or delivering a solution for an existing Goodman facility.
