Central Kladno aims to fundamentally transform and revitalize the city centre and in doing so to offer its residents all the comforts of a good central Bohemian city. There will be many new brand stores currently missing in the city, as well as services such as a pharmacy and dry clea-ning, restaurants and cafes. Central Kladno is also planning a multiplex cinema with five screens. A playground is also being planned for children.

The regional capital esk Budjovice has 350 000 inha-bitants including catchment area. The project is located in the northwest part of the city and this future com-mercial centre is sandwiched between the two largest residential neighbourhoods, where at present a third of the population of esk Budjovice lives. The whole pro-ject encompasses the construction of several city blocks, including civic facilities and other activities that will encou-rage the creation of a naturally developing centre. We are currently looking for an investor for this shopping center. The advantage is the centre can be adapted to meet the investors requirements and its extraordinary location, in-cluding superb accessibility, makes it a logical focal point.

Dal prostor je pro ad-ministrativu, njemn plochy pro obchodn vyuit, sluby a restaurace.
The intention is to situate a multipurpose building in the centre of Teplice right on Liberty Square, that will complement the historical architecture of the surroundings and give a significant boost to the city centre. The whole complex will be divi-ded into areas with shops and services, including restaurants and leisure areas. The 40,000 m2 floor space of the store includes almost 11,000 m2 ear-marked for underground parking and almost 1,500 m2 for housing (26 apartment units). There will be additional space for administrative use, rental space for commercial uses, plus services and restaurants.
