● Teach various types of classes such as Muay Thai, General Fitness, Men’s fitness and Boot camp class.
● Hold Office Hours on Monday and Wednesday and address questions and concerns of members and students.
● The classes are broken up primarily to Women’s and Men's class. However the Muay Thai class is co-ed.

The goals we set are two fold improve Muay Thai techniques, and improve general fitness of the student. A clear and reasonable timeline is set with the student in order for them to succeed in the goals we have set out.
