8/15-current Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialist
GeBBs Healthcare Solutions
Conduct concurrent inpatient record reviews in order to apply proper DRG coding,
and clarify CC/MCC statuses. Work with physicians to ensure complete
documentation and reflect appropriate level of care. Provide remote training for
new CDI staff. Conduct CDI audit reviews to identify potential missed opportunities
for clarifications.

Began in July 2014 as a Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialist, conducting
concurrent inpatient record reviews in order to apply proper DRG coding, and
