Project: CIP/CON NASCO Migration [Jan 2016 – till date]

Domain – HealthcareThe objective of the project was to support the enrollment and consumer portal changes as part the change/migration to the NASCO System. The HPS to NASCO conversion and the NASCO steady state changes in the CIP side consisted of terming the HPS contracts and enrolling them over to NASCO effective 01/01/2016 and loading the new NASCO data (members and groups) to the CIP/EDW DBs successfully. The inbound and outbound data sources are in the 834 file layout and warehouse feeds are in the mainframe file format structures. The data needs to land in CIP and EDW based on existing rules as per the NASCO mapping documents.

Project: Pharmacy ESI Migration [Sep 2010 – Dec 2010]Domain – Healthcare

The objective of this project was to identify Dual Coverage Enrollee and Duplicate Member ID enrollee and populate the corresponding BIN numbers and transfer the data to ESI on a daily basis. The BIN number is populated as ‘610053’ for all the ProServ records. These records would be loaded to the ESI exception database. After migration, claims would be compared against the exception DB to determine the system in which the claims need to be adjudicated.

Roles & Responsibilities – Software developer:

Prepare and share the weekly project status reports with senior management. Running the daily/weekly jobs and updating the results. Coordinate different team from different vendor for system Integration testing. Identify the Issue and Risk in completing the system integration testing and

Project: WPD Autobagging [Jul 2009 – Aug 2010]Domain – Healthcare

The Auto Bagging sub-system is a part of the Health insurance system. The Auto-Bagging project deals with the setting up of adjudication in an automatic fashion, rather than a manual one. The new business situation is to develop the WPD application to set up adjudication through an automated process, requiring limited manual intervention. In the current system, this logic depends on the product structure, which needs a lot of manual intervention. But in the automated one, the logic would be depending on the subset of the product structure, which would be more accurate by eliminating the Bag Id, and setting rules and questions to each benefit covered in the claim.

Analyzing the requirements, design, coding, unit testing. Preparation of the test data and maintaining the trackers. Running the daily jobs, validating the results and sending the reports to clients.
