ADMININSTRATIVE/ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Present Key responsibility areas:

1. Placement Head(IT)- UG Campus from June 2015 till date Responsible for managing UG Placement Cell for undergraduate BBA, BCA

programmes. Responsible to develop new links with companies who are able to offer placements. Identifying and connecting with organizations to help us in setting up guidelines for

smooth conduct of the placement process. To bridge the gap that currently exists between the Industry and fresh professionals

for recruitment purposes. To make students know the importance of training & placements. Make them prepared for further training session and placements. To minimize public speaking fear & to build confidence among students. To cater to the placement related information requirements by all stakeholders

involved; key stakeholders being students, recruiters, media, ranking agencies and prospective students.

To give access to in-depth information about placements to the media. This would enable the media to have better insights into the placement process

To provide prospective students and employers with a reliable way of comparing placement statistics in previous years.

To enable ranking agencies to obtain placement related statistics in a standardized format.

2. Principal- Coordinator- DST- NIMAT Project 2015-16, Government of India for conducting Entrepreneurship Awareness camps and FDP’s at I.T.S Mohan Nagar.

3. Workshop Coordinator (since 2011 till date): In the role of Convener, had organized more than 15 workshops on emerging IT fields viz. Digital Marketing, 3D Animation, Linux & Networking, OS troubleshooting etc in association with external partners. Responsible to plan and organize workshops on emerging areas/topics for college students.

4. Events Convener/Co Conveners (QUIZ WHIZ, NAVTARANG & Other brand building Events/ activities)- (Since 2006 till date) Organizing Quiz Whiz- An inter school Quiz Competition from 2011 onwards, a

brand building activity for UG Admissions with a team of more than 40 faculty & staff members in a year.

Organizing Navtarang- An annual cultural fest from 2006 onwards. Planning & designing the target meeting strategies of these events. Budgeting, sponsorship & complete Finance handling of these events. Planning and execution of all the activities involved in these events.

5. Active member of Organizing Committees of various events including IT summits, CEO talks, National Seminars, National conferences, Guest lecture organized at ITS. Successfully organized various events to from academic to cultural & promotional activities.

6. Member of Admission cell for admissions in UG & PG courses and brand building of the

education group. 7. External examiner (viva-voce and copy evaluation) for MCA and BCA programmes.

Past administrative Experience: 1. Chairperson- BCA till May 2015

Handled overall administrative responsibilities of the BCA programme including timely & efficient Academic planning including Course allocation, Visiting Faculty identification, Academic Calendar preparation, Learning objectives checking, course commencement, class scheduling & ensuring timely course completion of each faculty member as per the course requirements.

Student orientation program for new batches. Weekly & fortnightly Attendance monitoring and meeting with those

students having critical attendance & their parents. Regular monitoring of course progress by daily checking of ADRs & weekly reports. Emphasize on academic quality through regular checks on teaching pedagogy &

learning outcomes and innovative ways to the academic quality improvement. Discussions with subject faculty members for best teaching practices for University

result improvements. Regular CR meeting & student interactions to know their concerns and

their resolving for increased student satisfaction. Handling students’ grievances, fee pending related issues & peer disputes during

course functioning. Motivate and counsel students to participate in academic & non academic

activities for their academic and personal growth. Implementation of effective ways to maintain student discipline inside the

classroom & campus. Established & maintaining relationships with Corporate & external Academic

Partners viz Oracle, HCL Info systems, NIIT Ltd to impart Value added course on emerging technologies like PHP, Android, Java etc.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. As a Subject Teacher, to put my efforts to give 100% result with identification

of weak students, understand their problem in that particular subject, arranging tutorial classes to give them extra learning. Content delivery using innovative techniques in an effective and efficient manner. Organizing subject oriented guest lecture by an industry expert each semester.
