Developed a detailed, long-range force modernization / restructuring plan for implementation in 2016 and full completion by October 2017. The plan is a bottom-up review of each of the 2500 staff positions with pay grade analysis, comprehensive position requirements, training requirements for each position, and training demand analysis resulting in 20% personnel cost savings.

Coordinated assessment standards and assessment methods for a major combined staff headquarters in the Republic of Korea. Coordinated with Korean Joint Chiefs of Staff. Advised Korea Defense Intelligence Agency.

Selected to serve on the Chief, Investment Advisory Committee Board-selected to provide executive-level leadership of the Investment Advisory Committee and serve as a primary advisor to the Department of Defense Investment Board.
