I was hired to give 9 hours per week of English and French (different levels). I

had only 3 groups -of approximately 30 students (more or less) each group-

As Utility Pantry we rotate in other kitchens and service areas including Pizza and Pasta Station (preparing pastas and pizzas in the moment in front o f the customers),Room Service (cold dishes) and Asian Station (wok preparations and service).

Responsibilities includes: Palliative care of residents (feeding and taking good care of them trough the journey, bathing or showering according the resident’s handicaps, changing clothes, and cleaning the working area as well).

- Position: Polyvalent Service Agent (replacement of a Cook) Responsibilities includes: Preparing and presenting the 3 meals per day according with the diet of the different residents and Nuns. Follow the sanitation standards, cleaning the machinery, materials and kitchen area. -Position: Polyvalent Service Agent (replacement of another Service Agent in the Laundry Area). Responsibilities includes: Receiving residents laundry, washing, folding and ironing all the laundry of the nursing home (including the personnel uniforms), repairing the laundry that needed, cleaning and vacuuming the working area every day before leaving. Working week-ends included also helping the Aide Soignants (Nursing personnel) in their nursing activities with residents in the morning.
