Elearning Instructional Specialist. The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising. 2011-

Present. Responsible for improving pedagogy in online courses for the Business Management

program, developing training programs, coaching and mentoring online faculty, evaluating

online teaching, creating policies and procedures for online courses, consulting on the acquisition

and evaluation of learning management software, designing and implementing course curriculum

and creating course management tools.

Designed and implemented a five module fully online new faculty orientation

program.
