Project Manager November 2007 – Current Montevista Behavioral Heath Hospital - Prepared schematic design, entitlements

and construction documents for new 52,000 sf addition to existing behavioral health hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada. Project consists of concrete tilt panel construction and will add 112 beds to the existing 90 bed facility. Worked closely with project team from Raleigh, NC to prepare plans and specifications for submittal to local jurisdiction, planning department and State of Nevada Health and Human Services.

Thatcher Company of Nevada - Prepared schematic design, entitlements and construction documents for new chemical facility in Henderson, Nevada. 40,000 square foot facility consists of 4 buildings, rail lines and chemical storage tanks for the processing and packaging of chlorine and hydrochloric acid. Job duties included managing project team and coordinating plans with consultants, owner and contractor and preparing code analysis. Worked with owners, local jurisdiction and fire marshal to ensure safe handling and storage hazardous chemicals.

Natchez Casino - 48,000 square foot casino facility partially over Mississippi River in Natchez, Mississippi. Prepared site layout and construction documents for concrete parking garage. Worked with client, local jurisdiction and historical society to prepare design package, entitlements and public presentations.

Symphony Park Bridge - Prepared design and production drawings for custom pedestrian bridge in Las Vegas, Nevada (including entitlements package). Worked closely with City of Las Vegas Public Works and Structural Engineer to produce working drawings, project budget and specifications for bidding process.

Freeman Decorating Services – 200,000 square foot concrete tilt panel warehouse plus 100,000 square foot corporate office facility with high end finishes. Managed project team to prepare construction documents, tenant improvement package and interior finishes. Coordinated daily with owner, contractor, sub contractors, consultants and design architect to ensure project documents were prepared as scheduled and within the project budget.

World Market Center Building 4 – 1 million square foot furniture convention facility. Managed project team in producing construction documents and interior design package. Served as project coordinator between design architect and executive architect. Worked closely with owner, contractor and project team to ensure the project budget and schedule was maintained.

World Market Center Building 3 Tenant Improvements – Various sized tenant improvements in 2.1 million square foot furniture convention facility. Projects ranged from vanilla shell to full build out with high end finishes.
