delinquent debt), Hired and monitored Collection Agency, I represented the company in small claims court for tenant breach of contract agreement. Miscellaneous duties included: ordering supplies, writing contracts and letters for president, commercial

property manager, and senior property manager. Enlisted by the lead residential and commercial property managers to develop and implement marketing

promotions individually and through partnerships with relative associations.

Store Manager Recruited, hired, trained, and coached 10 – 25 associates at a time including support managers in a retail

environment Drove store sales profitably through the analysis of sales/operating costs/payroll/inventory statistics and

the development and implementation of improvement initiatives including theft reduction and sales technique training.

Our store won the mall award for highest sales increase per square foot for two years running. While I managed this store we won every contest held by the corporate office. There were a total of 38

stores.
