Receptionist - Answers the telephone, negotiates with
clients on their needs and requirements pertaining to the repairs of their units and purchase of equipment,
assists in taking down the needed requirements of the clients, answers clients questions when technicians are
unavailable, contacts the client when said unit is repaired and ready for pick up. Errand girl - Purchases parts
at the local electronics store and other expenses like coffee and snacks, deposits the clients payment at bank,
withdraws from the bank for salary and expense purposes.
EXPERIENCES GAINED: Selling electronic equipment and helping repair the
clients unit. Using the internet and basic computer applications like Microsoft Word, Power point and Excel.
ACCOMPLISHMENT: Paperwork is handed to the main office in due time with

by redirecting frequently asked questions away from the technician.
