RESUME AS JUNIOR BUSINESS RESCUE PRACTITIONER

JOHANNES OKKE NOREL was born on 9 June 1987 in Benoni, Gauteng. He matriculated

from Benoni High School in 2006, achieving several academic rewards. He enrolled at

the North West University in 2007 and obtained a Bcom (Law) degree in 2010 and a

LLB degree in 2012. During 2011 Johannes attended the Tilburg University in the

Netherlands, where he completed various master level courses. Johannes commenced

his articles of clerkship at Ronald Bobroff & Partners inc in Rosebank, Johannesburg and

later ceded his articles to Spruyt inc Attorneys during 2013. Johannes has also

completed the Unisa LSSA Advanced Short course in Business Rescue Practice.

On 15 April 2014 Johannes was admitted as an Attorney. Johannes started working for

Corporate Business Rescue CC during April 2014, under the direct supervision of Mr

Thomas George Nell (a licenced Senior Business Rescue Practitioner), as his

Professional Assistant and has been working there to date.

Johannes has gained the following invaluable experience from working closely with Mr

Thomas George Nell:

Johannes has been actively involved in the day to day dealings of the company,

including approval of payment requisitions, corresponding with attorneys and

creditors to advise on the success of the business rescue, consultations with

banks and directors of the company and assisting Mr Nell in the day to day

administration of this construction Company;

Johannes has been the driving force behind the approval of Tax Clearance by

SARS for the Company. He has also been actively involved in the administration

of the affairs of the entity, and keeping an eye on new projects and the cash flow

of the business. Johannes has also assisted Mr Nell in the day to day

administration of this construction Company;

2. Inkwindla Projects cc (Under Supervision) 2004/026782/23 :

Johannes was involved in a Mandamus Application in the High Court of South

Africa to obtain funds owed to the entity from the State. The Application is still

pending. Johannes has corresponded with creditors and assisted Mr Nell in the

day to day administration of this construction Company.

4. Filapro (Pty) Ltd (In Liquidation) 2009/005618/07

Johannes assisted with an application for liquidation which was brought against

the company, he also assisted Mr Nell with an Application for a Declaratory

Order which was brought after the Liquidation order (Which also set aside the

business rescue) was taken on Appeal. Johannes corresponded with creditors,

attended meetings and negotiations and assisted Mr Nell in the day to day

administration of this Mining Company;

5. EAC Vervoer CC ( Under Supervision) 2001/073417/23

Johannes was actively involved in the initial stages of the business rescue. He

attended the first meetings, undertook filing of the business rescue with the CIPC

as well as arranged the first Creditors meeting. Johannes has also negotiated

with creditors, attended meetings and assisted Mr Nell in the day to day

administration of this Transport / Logistics Company.

6. Mpumalanga Freight (Pty) Ltd (Under Supervision) 2011/003820/07

Johannes was actively involved in all stages of the business rescue from

inception to approval of the plan and implementation.. He attended the first

meetings, undertook filing of the business rescue with the CIPC as well as

arranged the first and second Creditors meeting. Johannes made presentations at

the creditors meetings and has also negotiated with creditors, attended

meetings and assisted Mr Nell in the day to day administration of this

Transport / Logistics Company.

Johannes was actively involved in all stages of the business rescue. He attended

the first meetings, undertook filing of the business rescue with the CIPC as well

as arranged the first Creditors meeting. Johannes has also negotiated with

creditors, attended meetings and assisted Mr Nell in the day to day

administration of this Company.

Johannes was actively involved in the business rescue. He attended the first and

second meetings, undertook filing of the business rescue with the CIPC as well as

arranged the first Creditors meeting. Johannes also negotiated with creditors,

the business rescue with the CIPC; convened and presided over the first creditors

meeting. He also negotiated with several creditors and affected persons. He

over the second creditors meeting where the business rescue plan was adopted.
