Experience Summary: Over 23 years worked in the scaffolding industry. Responsible for developing methods to promote safety awareness and best practices on the erecting, altering and dismantling of scaffolding that is in line with present statutory requirements and accepted practices. Develop an inspection, tagging and monitoring system of erected, altered and dismantled scaffolding throughout the project. Conduct all scaffolding accident and incident investigations in accordance with company policies and procedures to suggest corrective and preventative actions with detailed plan to implement with defined roles, responsibilities and timeframe. Undertake evaluation of new and existing scaffolding equipment to ensure it meets accepted standards. I have been responsible for coordination of several subcontractors. Coordinated sub-contractors schedules, progress, safety and performance. I have worked in nuclear facilities as a pipefitter and throughout my tenure with scaffold companies. I have experience working in the electrical union at Epcot Center in Florida during the construction of the Japanese pavilion.
