Outstanding Achievement SOF

Vagish Nangia (Class VII) of DPS Vasant Kunj has brought laurels to our school by

achieving the highest aggregate in three olympiads namely NSO, IMO and IEO conducted

by SOF(Science olympiad foundation) in the entire Delhi zone for session 2015-16, on

account of which he has been awarded the second Academic Excellence Scholarship.

The scholarship includes a trophy, a cash prize of Rs 5000 and a merit certificate. The

scholarship has further taken into account Vagish's brilliant performance in IMO 2015-16

where he achieved the first state rank and first international rank. He was awarded a cash prize of Rs 50,000, an

international gold medal and a merit certificate.

SMTE Level II- Result-2015

18th December 2015 For the last eight years, DPS Society has been organising the Science and Maths Talent Examination (SMTE) in collaboration with Science Olympiad Foundation (SOF) exclusively for students of class IX of all the Delhi Public Schools at two levels.
