Aim:To analyse various juices (tomato, onion) for the purpose of detecting anions, cations, sugars, starch and protein.

Materials used:Test tubes, test tube stand, test tube holder, bunsen burner, spatula, beaker.

Chemicals:Fehlings A and Fehlings B, distilled water, several other lab chemicals and reagents.
