Result Based KPIs Metrics HR Introduction Organization KPIs are always measurable and result oriented. When it comes to employees' KPIs, except for sales and operations, usually all other employees KPIs have following issues: Ÿ Excessive focus on measuring the job “activities and attributes” rather than “results”. Ÿ Line of sight between business KPIs and employees KPIs is blurred. Ÿ Performance appraisal is based on subjective phrases and whimsical likes/dislikes rather evidence-based outcomes.
