On the area of my set, the ground can have roots coming out from the ground.

Check the area for roots and steer clear, or change the location within the woods where I will film.

Tree stumps occasionally are in the ground. I could trip up and hurt myself.

Check the area for tree stumps or other ground hazards that could potentially hurt me and either move or clear them.

If it has rained recently, the ground could be slippery and muddy.

Choose a day where the ground is dry and rain hasn’t made the ground muddy.

Nettles could sting me. Stay away from the nettles.

I could hit myself in the face with branches, or things from above.

Clear above me, make sure I won’t hit my head on anything by checking the scene beforehand.
