In this course you will move through a variety of restorave posions which can bring about a profound sense of calm and relaxaon. With the use of props like bolsters, blocks, chairs and even ropes, you will be able to stay in poses longer than you normally would and experience a deeper state of serenity and support. Paul teaches a full spectrum of classes and workshops naonally and internaonally and has worked with doctors at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) to conduct medical studies on the effects of yoga on clinical depression, generalized anxiety disorder, and Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).   • WORKSHOP POLICIES

    Refunds and transfersWorkshops are refundable and transferable provided that you request the refund or transfer no later than 24 hours before the workshop. There will be a $20 service charge. For workshops which are held over several days, a single service charge will apply. We are sorry that we cannot refund or transfer attendance for a workshop on or after the date of the workshop.To request a transfer or refund, call us during business hours at 313 923 9922 or by email to [email protected].

    “Transfer” means any change in date, time, name or event.

    Waiting List and Drop-insOnce the workshop becomes full Namstday Yoga will start a waitlist. We will request that the teacher permit additional students to enroll. If additional spaces become available, you will be notified by email or phone.One the day of the workshop, persons who are not enrolled in the workshop may request a drop-in until 10 minutes before the start tome. Those students will be added to the workshop in the order that they appear in the waiting list. On the day of the workshop, students wishing to drop-in need to be present 10 minutes before the start of the workshop. Unfortunately, we cannot assure that we can accommodate students who have not registered prior to arrival.

    On Time PolicyPlease be seated in the studio 10 minutes before the start of class. Students who do not arrive on time will forfeit their space, unless they call prior to the start of the workshop. Late students will only be accommodated with permis-sion of the teacher.
