RESQ MOBILE PLATFORM
HOW IT WORKSView all your open and total service requests, outstanding invoices and breakdown of your facilities on the Home screen. You can customize this screen based on Facilities by tapping on the relevant Facility at the bottom of the screen.
• Once the request is received, we will find a preferred contractor and send you a notification and progress updates
• You can edit some details or cancel an unassigned order by selecting the relevant order by tapping Open Service Requests on the Home screen
• A contractor will arrive at the facility and complete the order. An invoice will be generated and sent to you via an in-app notification and emailed to the facility manager
• Facilities screen allows you to make changes to your facility’s equipment and track invoices
If you need help with any work order or have any general inquiries, please go to the Support screen on the app, and send us a note or call us.
To place a work order: • hit the “ResQ Me” button in the centre of the Home screen • enter the work order Title and Description • scan the barcode associated with the equipment • select the Facility Name, Equipment Name and Severity of the task • add any relevant pictures of the equipment in its current state and
