COVID-19 has posed many a challenge for all of us. At the outset, I am sure each one of us continues to adhere to the
directives of the state and the central governments and come together to fight this virus.
We at Maf Clothing Pvt Ltd, the health and safety of all of you will always be our top priority. We are constantly monitoring
the situation and have taken several measures to ensure the safety and well-being of our people and will continue to do so.
Friends, as Albert Einstein said - “In the midst of every crisis, lies great opportunity.” This is an opportune time to bring
in change. Change brings with it new ideas, new ways of thinking and working, as also new opportunities!
We will soon have to overcome the ongoing challenge. We will be stronger than ever before, and work with a resolve to
soar to greater heights to achieve our Vision.
Let us work together as “One Team” and embrace this change. Last but not the least, as we look forward to resume
operations post lockdown, we have put together a framework for resumption of operations. This covers the safety protocols
for adoption across our network. I encourage each one of you go through and adhere to the SOP in letter and spirit to ensure

INTRUDUCTION
COVID-19 pandemic has changed social interaction norms around us. In the current scenario, it is very critical to
incorporate COVID-19 related safety precautions in our work environment and business process once the Factory
operations resume. Channel partners are advised to strictly adhere to protocols motioned in this advisory to ensure
safe workshop operations.
PURPOSE This document seeks to establish operational procedures and protocols to be followed for resuming work at
Maf Clothing Pvt Ltd Factories, Supply Chain, Contractors & All Others after withdrawal of lockdown due to
COVID-19 outbreak
All precautionary measures are to be ensured at these establishments so that employees, Supply Chain,
contract workers, customers and other stakeholders feel safe and secure
Once Factory opens, all employees have to be taken through this document, so that they are aware of the
precautions to be taken
Every day, a 15 minute morning meeting should be organized to discuss implementation, challenges faced in
the works. This meeting is to be chaired by GM/PM/Floor in-charge
COVID 19 is an infectious disease caused by a new virus.
Coronavirus disease spreads primarily through contact with an
infected person when they cough or sneeze. It also spreads
when a person touches a surface or object that has the virus on
it, then touches their eyes, nose, or Mouth

Each Plant / Office / Warehouse has core team who is responsible for preparing the
workplace for restart – laying down safety protocols / procedures, identifying teams to
handle safe management of all the areas like transport, canteen, medical facilities, social
distancing etc.

TMLLeadership team will decide on reopening of TMLfacilities for business.

Know how we are keeping Workplace Safe:
Restart Countdown
Mandatory thermal scanning of everyone at the security gate. Any person with body temperature of 38 C
and above, having cough and cold, breathing disorder not to be allowed to Premises & Send back to
Home & advised to take medical help. Concerned branch in charge/ workshop manager to be informed
Mandatory sanitization of hands with either soap or alcohol-based hand sanitizer
Provide face masks and gloves to Workers , Staff, security staff, housekeeping team,
Contractor, mechanics, drivers and visitors
Ensure strict adherence to usage of face masks and gloves inside the dealership premises
Avoid handshakes while greeting individuals
Biometric attendance to be temporarily discontinued
Create facility to disinfect the vehicles entering and leaving the workshop including bikes,
cars and breakdown vans

Ask driver to get down from the vehicle after applying the hand brake and shutting
off the engine
The Service Advisor interacting with the customer should wear Personal Protective

Disinfection of vehicle to be carried out before checking the inventory of the
vehicle

Keeping the Workplace Safe after Restart:

Transportation Cleaning & Social Distancing
Select employees who are communicated to come to office will only be able to
swipe.
Employees will be called in staggered shifts to avoid crowding.
All employees to show Identity card for attendance….. NoBiometric.
All employees to observe social distance of 1 metre while Showing Identity
Card for attendance at start/end of shifts.

All utensils must be treated with hot water (>80
degree Celsius) after wash for minimum 10
minutes.
All kitchen/ dining surfaces & floor should be
disinfected: First with soap/ water & then with
1.5% Sodium hypochlorite. Frequency: After
breakfast. Lunch & dinner.
