P. 2.4*' .25*j ' ' .00 •- *; 6.25 3.25 8.40 3.80 9.39 4.00 2.25 Gaffney offered the follow- ing resolution and move its adoption: "Resolved, that the said "Redwood Gazette" be, and the same hereby is, designated by the County Board of said Redwood County as the official newspaper in and for said Redwood County, for and during the year 1915, in which the financial statement, min- utes of the meetings of the County Board, the reports of the Board of Audit and all other notices and mat- ters required by law to be printed and published by said Redwood County for all other purposes, and Be It Further Resolved, that the said County of Redwood enter into contract with the said Lauterbach & Wilson, as owners and nublishers of ±e said "Redwood Gazette," to do all of the above named printing and publishing for the year 1915, at a compensation and consideration of legal printing rates as provided by law, but the total amount to be paid by the said County to the said first parties for said printing and pub- lishing in no event to exceed the sum of Saven Hundred Fifty Dollars," which resolution was by vote of said County Board of Redwood County then and there duly adopted and passed, and the said "Redwood Ga- zette" duly designated as the official newspaper of ^aid Redwood County ; for the year of 1915. Jas. P. Gaffney offered the follow-; ing resolution and moved its adoption: "Resolved, That the "Redwood Ga- zette," a legal newspaper printed and published in the City of Redwood Falls, Redwood County, Minnesota, be, and the same hereby is, designated by the Board of County Commissioners of said Redwood County, Minnesota, as the newspaper in which the notice and list of real estate remaining de- linquent on the first Monday of Jan- uary, 1915, as provided by law shall be published, Resolved, Further, that the said County of Redwood, Minnnesota, en- ter into contract with the said Lau- terbach & Wilson as publishers of the said "Redwood Gazette," to print and publish as provided by law, the said list of delinquent real estate, at a compensation of and in consideration of the payment by the said County of the sum of Fifteen Cents per de- scription contained in said delinquent tax list," which said resolution was, by vote of the said Board of County Commissioners of said Redwood Coun- ty then and there duly adopted and passed, and the &aid "Redwood Ga- zette" thereby duly designated as the newspaper in which to print the list of the delinquent real estate. Gaffney offered the follow­ing resolution and move its adoption:

"Resolved, that the said "Redwood Gazette" be, and the same hereby is, designated by the County Board of said Redwood County as the official newspaper in and for said Redwood County, for and during the year 1915, in which the financial statement, min­utes of the meetings of the County Board, the reports of the Board of Audit and all other notices and mat­ters required by law to be printed and published by said Redwood County for all other purposes, and

Be It Further Resolved, that the said County of Redwood enter into contract with the said Lauterbach & Wilson, as owners and nublishers of ±e said "Redwood Gazette," to do all of the above named printing and publishing for the year 1915, at a compensation and consideration of legal printing rates as provided by law, but the total amount to be paid by the said County to the said first parties for said printing and pub­lishing in no event to exceed the sum of Saven Hundred Fifty Dollars," which resolution was by vote of said County Board of Redwood County then and there duly adopted and passed, and the said "Redwood Ga­zette" duly designated as the official newspaper of ^aid Redwood County

; for the year of 1915. Jas. P. Gaffney offered the follow-;

ing resolution and moved its adoption: "Resolved, That the "Redwood Ga­

zette," a legal newspaper printed and published in the City of Redwood Falls, Redwood County, Minnesota, be, and the same hereby is, designated by the Board of County Commissioners of said Redwood County, Minnesota, as the newspaper in which the notice and list of real estate remaining de­linquent on the first Monday of Jan­uary, 1915, as provided by law shall be published,

Resolved, Further, that the said County of Redwood, Minnnesota, en­ter into contract with the said Lau­terbach & Wilson as publishers of the said "Redwood Gazette," to print and publish as provided by law, the said list of delinquent real estate, at a compensation of and in consideration of the payment by the said County of the sum of Fifteen Cents per de­scription contained in said delinquent tax list," which said resolution was, by vote of the said Board of County Commissioners of said Redwood Coun­ty then and there duly adopted and passed, and the &aid "Redwood Ga­zette" thereby duly designated as the newspaper in which to print the list of the delinquent real estate.
