Mr. Minh Quang Nguyen As a Director & groups Vice President is responsible for strategic planning for various aspects of

our operations: Production, Procurement, Quality Control for the group. Mr. Minh has over 30 years of experience in the business, He earned his Bachelor's Degree and Masters degree in Boston University, USA.He is been Actively focusing on technologies that allow us for the transformation of recyclables to production-ready raw materials and energy related products.

Mr. Vaneet Singh Kalsi As a Director, Chairman & Chief Executive of the group, He founded the group in 2008, He is

responsible for overall strategic planning, business management & corporate finance of a group. Mr. Kalsi has over 10 years of Experience in the business of Commodity Trading, operations. He Graduated in masters of business in finance & marketing & with the manufacturing knowledge gained from family business. He took interest in the business of Investments & Commodity Trading.

Mrs. Kalsi Co-Founded the group with Mr. Vaneet Singh Kalsi. She is a Non-Executive Silent Director and has over 8 to 10

years experience in Finance & administrative management.

Ms. Ming Chan She serves as the audit committee member, She is actively handling Group Auditing, Accounting and

corporate management. She received Bachelors degree from Sydney.

Mr. Sumit Singh Kalsi. As a business manager for India. He is responsible for overall activities in India at our production lines.

He handles all the Sales & Marketing, Quality Control and production. He earned his Engineering degree from University of Delhi and joined the family business of manufacturing.

Mr. Ravinder Singh Deol. As a business manager for USA, He is actively participating with Mr. Minh Quang Nguyen. He is

responsible for Procurements, Suppliers relation's, Quality Control, on time Shipping. He has an experience of over 5 years in this field and he earned his engineering degree in Delhi and earlier served senior plant engineer in New York.
