OBJECTIVE: 1. Improve accessibility & productivity2. Implement suitable state transition / channel switching strategy consider current network condition.3. Inter frequency load Balancing.
ISSUES DESCRIPTIONThe resource which is not good utilize make inefficiency resource in the system. Overshooting is one of blocking problem. Wee need to re audit the WPC of blocking and compare with TP analysis to reduce blocking due to overshoot. For site which is not overshoot but have high blocking, we need con-check the parameter. Otherwise the site need to be upgrade or need new site to solving the blocking problem.
